ALWYN UYTINGCO’s acting career mounted after playing the gay-son role in the box office-hit movie “Tanging Ina.” Alwyn’s other movie credits which make him one of the most promising young male stars include “Anghel sa Lupa,” “Takot ka ba sa Dilim?” “Paano na ang Puso ko?” and “Amanos.”

Born Cipriano Alwyn Uytingco on Feb. 11, 1988, he also appeared in many TV programs like “Sarah, the Teen Princess,” “Kay Tagal Kang Hinintay,” “Okatokat,” “Gimik,” “Nginiiig,” “Ang TV” and “Ang TV 2.” Alwyn hopes of getting an acting award someday.

As a boyfriend, he describes himself as kind, respectful, patient and obedient. Alwyn gets goose bumps at the sight of Sadako and watching any horror flick.
